＋For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Gorgeous Circa 1932 Wahl Eversharp Equipoised Gold Seal Oversize Deco band Fountain Pen in Restored Condition. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, cleaned and put back together and now is in wonderful writing condition.
I have ultrasonically cleaned the feed, section, and nib. Replaced the old rubber sac with a new, properly sized one. Hand polished the Gold Wahl Eversharp Roller Clip, Gold Filled 3-Ring Deco Banding, Gold Seal, and 14K Flexible NIB. Cleaned, Buffed, Polished & Waxed the barrel and cap to bring back the vibrancy and to protect the celluloid of the fountain pen.
This fountain pen cap and barrel are in magnificent condition with no cracks or repairs with the cap always securing tightly to the barrel. The Jet Black Celluloid with Gold Filled trim just looks absolutely stunning. The cap has the Gold Filled Soldier Clip with Roller Ball and the 3-Ring Deco Cap Banding, and the Gold Seal Double Check Mark displaying a wonderful gold filled color. The top portion of the clip is beginning to show a portion of wear. The lever on the barrel has been polished to shine brightly with no wear. The barrel is stamped with a crisp and clean imprint, "MADE IN U.S.A." on the back of the cap. There are no monograms or personalizations to this fountain pen. This Wahl Equipoised Oversized Deco band Fountain Pen is the 4th Model Type and measures 5 5/8" inches capped and 6 3/8" inches posted.
The Lever Filling System works great. With the addition of a new rubber sac, the pen fills as it should. I have tested with water and operates as it was designed to.
This Wahl has the 14K Wahl-Eversharp Gold Seal Signature Flexible NIB. The Nib (iridium) has a medium point measuring roughly .72mm when measured with digital calipers. The NIB certainly creates a great writing experience that ranges from a fine to triple broad stroke. The writing sample provided in the image has a fine stroke that measures .51mm with light pressure and can flex to a triple broad stroke of roughly 2.01mm with medium to firm pressure. The Nib creates a smooth writing experience with excellent responsiveness. The sample was done with the actual pen in the images that are listed for sale. The writing sample was used by dipping the NIB in Parker Quink Blue Ink.
Any specks of white in the images are from the cotton that I used to clean the barrel and cap.

I would grade the Fountain Pen in very fine to excellent condition - it would be excellent if the wear at the top of the clip was not displayed.
